[music |liz's ipod]

5 minutes left in graphic design,
second period of the first monday back from winter break.
listening to "move along" by the all american rejects on liz's ipod,
glad shes not making me listen to her classical music.
and every one said when they banned myspace from the school intenet waves, livejournal went with it...
pfft.

the last time i wrote was my deviled eggs obsessed entry?? maybe?? not really sure when that was. NOOO. it was my quote from the AMAZING One Tree Hill episode. ah freaking ha.

nothing (other than yelling and packing) really happened the rest of that week so i guess winter breakk??
a day by day anyone?

one tree hill quote [Mar. 1st, 2006|09:34 pm]
[mood |indescribable]

Does this darkness have a name? The cruelty, this hatred, how did it find us? Did ir steal into out lives or did we seek it out and embrace it? What happened to us, that we now send out children into the world like we send young men to war, hoping for their safe return but knowing that some will be lost along the way. When did we lose our way? Consumed by the shadows and swallowed whole by the darkness. Does this darkness have a name? Is it your name?

the holy deviled eggs. [Feb. 23rd, 2006|10:21 pm]
[mood | i said full you damn smilies]

mmmm... deviled eggs, one of the best creations ever made, EVER. I'm reading a book called Heathen Girls and i didn't think i would like it, but i actually really do. It's like Ya Ya without the all the Valium and only written from one point of view. A good southern disfunction book, a book I usually love to read during the summer, but I was in a book rut so I decided to go for it anyways. And lord, the way this author describes the beautiful southern summers, it makes ME of all people miss summer. And then this group came to sing at school for arts month, probably the only arts month assembly i've ever enjoyed in my 12 years at Walker, and they were talking about Southern hospitality and whatnot, and god, it made me want some southern cooking and some southern DEVILED EGGS.

They were all I could think about all day, I was tapping Eryn on the shoulder to chat about their goodness all through Chemistry, complained all through lunch, and even started to doodle them during Graphic Design. And then I came home, and made myself some. So what if it took for ever and I didn't use enough mayo, they were still as good as Hades itself. mmmmmm... sorry, I was remembering them. Of course, I ended up eating way to many, like 16 kinda many and i have felt slighty gorged and sick ever since but hell, it was worth it.

[music |the sound of my history homework]

i'm sorry, but wasn't 9:56 pm the exact time i wrote at last night? maybe not. i don't know.

well today was another day, not good, not bad, just a day. i think i'm getting to many of those. i mean even if you have a bad day, at least it will be something to remember..

classes were long and annoying and today was the first (?) girls varsity soccer game of the season and one of my bestest friends haley is on it so we were all going to make t-shirts and support her but then it was raining, and so we decided to just watch the game from inside the car. As soon as it turned to 40 days and 40 nights kind of raining it was called off, which sucks but i'm am trying to live by the whole, everything happens for a reason montra.

since then its been a fun day of cleaning, but i did watch the VERY FIRST EPISODE of Seinfeld ever, which was kinda cool. It was weird though, because they didn't eat at their usual dinner, but they did eat at this weird barbeque type place. They all looked weird, epecially Kramar, Jerry appartment was really different, and Elane wasn't even in it! Seinfeld: the show that proved nothing really is something.

wowsers. [Feb. 21st, 2006|09:56 am]
[mood | eww.. boring smily.]
[music |Jack's Mannequin]

I was reading through Libba Bray's LiveJournal (the author of a great and terrible beauty for all you illiterates out there) and i just decided, hell, that essay your writing is getting pretty boring, why not make a LiveJournal your self. I surf them all the time, and now i have one of my own.

I am having a bit of trouble figuring out how to work it since up until now i have been a myspace kinda girl but i am always up for new experiances. if you have a myspace, add me: www.myspace.com/look_both_ways.
